Fletcher, whose three sons are Buzz, six, Buddy, four, and Max, two, said she had previously struggled to talk about her experience.
She told The Sun: “I had a miscarriage before Buzz and it took me years to be able to talk about it, but once you do it's hugely comforting to know that you're not alone.”

The newly crowned Queen of the Castle said she didn’t think people should wait until the 12-week mark before telling loved ones they’re pregnant, because if the worst should happen they might need the support of family and friends.
Fletcher, 35, praised Markle for sharing that she had a miscarriage earlier this year and said she would love to interview the duchess for her Happy Mum, Happy Baby podcast, which has already featured Kate Middleton.
She added: “I think it's so important that people are open about miscarriages, every time someone brings this topic of conversation up it helps so many people, because it's such a lonely thing to go through and hearing other people express themselves when you can't find the words to help people understand what you're going through is so important.
“I think it's so admirable and amazing for [Markle] to share what is a really raw and upsetting thing to go through.”
Fletcher talked on I’m A Celebrity about how she swapped stories of pregnancy and motherhood with Kate Middleton for her podcast.
