The photos of the group in the pyjamas were shared aross social media with Cheryl also writing: "Before Sarah passed away, we promised her we would fulfil her wish of raising money for vital research to help determine young women between the ages of 29 and 40 who could be at risk of breast cancer with no genetic history. She continued: "These pyjamas with @primark will raise a significant amount of money to help us achieve our promise to her. The PJ’s will be in all UK and ROI Primark stores from tomorrow. ALL proceeds raised will be split equally between The Christie Charitable Trust and Cancer Research UK. #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth."
Cheryl also recently reflected on Harding's death in a column for Vogue. She wrote: "I would like to move forward by remembering Sarah before her illness. Although memories of that time do exist and are hard to shake, they hold no weight against the light she so brightly shone in the years beforehand."
She also revealed what they did during Harding's last days: "In the last few days spent with her, we got to laugh, cry, reminisce, cook, watch spiritual programmes (our shared love) and pray together, those are the parts I will keep in my heart as I let the illness recede into the background."
Girls Aloud have created the Primrose Ball in honour of Harding which will take place on 8 October. The event will raise money for the Sarah Harding Breast Cancer Appeal and be hosted by Fearne Cotton.
The likes of Olly Alexander, Ricky Wilson and Chrissie Hynde are set to perform at the gala.
