Glamorous shopper suspected of theft from town centre store

Police have shared CCTV images of a woman wanted over a suspected theft in Accrington town centre.

The incident happened on Tuesday, April 30, at around 12.50pm, at the Holland & Barrett store within the Arndale centre.
 
The person captured on the in-store CCTV footage is believed to have approached the shelving area selecting several items.

These items are concealed and then the woman walks past the till area making no attempt to pay for the goods.

She was wearing a white cropped sleeveless top, black trousers, sunglasses and appeared to be clutching a yellow vape.

A police spokesperson said: “If anyone knows the person captured on the still can you please e-mail 7037@lancashire.police.uk quoting police incident number LC-20240430-1598.
