Glasgow's Nike flagship store is set for a major transformation this year.

The popular store located on Buchanan Street in the city centre is preparing for a brand-new look with work set to be underway by summer.

Leading contractor and interior fit-out specialist, GRAHAM is set to kick-start the transformation in the coming months. The works will include the reconfiguration of the 1,275 m2 store which spans two levels.

The news comes after the retailer temporarily closed its Glasgow store until the end of this year with doors set to reopen in December.

Carl Hudson, GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out Project Manager, said: “The transformation of Nike’s iconic Glasgow store represents a brilliant contract win for us. It is testament to other work we have delivered in the retail sector and our team’s best-in-class approach. Nike is a world-leading brand, and we understand how important the in-store customer experience and journey is.”

All of the planning applications were granted by the local authority on Friday, April 26, 2024.

Details on the tailored design will be revealed closer to the time.
