COMMUTERS are being warned that a Glasgow station link service will temporarily be suspended this weekend.

ScotRail announced that its Glasgow station bus link won’t be able to operate between 9am and 11am on Saturday, July 6.

From 11am the Queen Street stop will be located on Cathedral Street near Dundas Street.

The Buchanan Bus Station stop will also be located on the opposite side of Killermont Street.

The rail operator says normal service will resume from 4pm.

A ScotRail spokesperson said: “Our Glasgow station bus link will be unable to operate between 9am and 11pm this Saturday, July 6.

“From 11am, our Queen Street stop will be on Cathedral Street, near Dundas Street. Buchanan Bus Station will be on the opposite side of Killermont Street.

“From 4pm normal service resumes.”

It comes as several Glasgow roads are set to be closed on Saturday for an Orange Walk parade.

Boyne Parades will be taking place across the city, with 50 parades expected.
