Glasgow TRNSMT 2024 entry times, food stalls, line-up and how to buy tickets
Some of the UK's biggest acts are coming to Glasgow Green this summer for Scotland's biggest music festival and we can't wait.
TRNSMT is returning to the east end of the city this month – and we've pulled together a list of everything you need to know ahead of the big weekend.
Running from Friday, July 12, until Sunday, July 14 music fans from the city and beyond are in for three days of top acts, live entertainment, plenty of dancing, fun and delicious food and drink.
With plenty of top acts to look forward to including Liam Gallagher, Gerry Cinnamon, Calvin Harris and the Sugababes across three days, here is everything you need to know about TRNSMT 2024.

What is TRNSMT?
TRNSMT is Scotland's biggest music festival, with huge acts from across the world of music playing to thousands of fans not far from Glasgow's city centre.
The festival, which started back in 2017 after the last ever T in the Park event was held, is a huge hit with both revellers and bands with a top line up of some of the top names from the UK and beyond playing each year.
Where is TRNSMT 2024 taking place?
As with every year since it first came about, TRNSMT is taking place at Glasgow Green in the east end of the city.
When is TRNSMT 2024?
TRNSMT 2024 runs across three days between Friday, July 12 and Sunday, July 14.
What is the age limit for TRNSMT?
No one under the age of 16 is allowed entry into the festival.

Can you camp at TRNSMT Glasgow?
No, you can't camp at TRNSMT.
TRNSMT is urging people to use public transport to get to and from Glasgow Green. With plenty of travel options, it's strongly advised that trains, buses and subway services are used to get to Glasgow city centre and then it’s just a short walk to Glasgow Green.
They added that once again, festival parking is not available , but TRNSMT has identified four locations nearby as drop off and pick up areas. A limited number of blue badge parking spaces are available but must be pre-arranged.

Stage times for TRNSMT 2024
The 2024 TRNSMT app has officially launched, giving fans the most up-to-date information on the festival weekend, along with information of artist stage times and a special feature that allows them to create a personalised schedule for the full weekend.
They said: "By ‘favouriting’ must-see acts, fans should keep their notifications on and the app will send reminders so they won’t miss a moment."

This year, the event will have over 60 vendors with the organisers promising everything from "Burgers to Bao Buns and Pizza to Peri Peri" and also outlets to cover every lifestyle including veggie and vegan, as well as gluten-free options for those that need it.
They added: "To make it easier we've got a map with pins to find all your favourite foods and we've also got all of the menus and prices available on our app!"
And as part of the fun this year, they are offering "a cheeky wee 10 per cent" off most food vendors if you get down early with the offer available from 12 pm-2 pm (Friday and Sunday) and 11 am-1 pm (Saturday).

Items that are banned at TRNSMT 2024
Ticketholders who leave the event will not be permitted to re-enter the event.
Inappropriate and unsafe behaviour such as crowd surfing, moshing, crowd circles, throwing objects.
Domestic football tops or tops displaying club logos are not permitted.
No trading of any items in or around the Venue without the consent of management or the local authority, including goods with unauthorised event or artist logos.
Flares, gas or smoke devices and fireworks are not permitted.
Sparklers, party poppers, confetti cannons, Chinese / sky lanterns, firewood, candles or any flames.
Professional camera/video/audio equipment including removable lenses, drones, portable laser equipment, laser pens, air horns, megaphones and sound systems.
Vuvuzelas.
Kites, frisbees and boomerangs.
Spray paint cans and aerosols of any size.
All glass (including perfume bottles).
Unofficial tabards and reflective jackets (hi-vis).
Flagpoles, umbrellas, selfie sticks, inflatables, folding chairs and any item that could be considered a weapon, including multi-tools, are not permitted.
Rucksacks bigger than A4 paper.
Disposable vapes.
Drugs.
Hard plastic, metal, or glass water bottles or backpack hydration packs are not permitted into the event and will be confiscated and not returned.
Any food and drink.
Lost Items
There is no lost/found property location at the festival.
If you are unfortunate enough to lose a personal item, organisers say that all property recovered by stewards will be passed to Police Scotland and available to collect from the Monday after the festival.
The organisers added that you can call them on 101 to check if your item has been found.
How to watch TRNSMT on TV
The BBC has revealed they will be showing parts of the festival on BBC Scotland as well as highlights from across the three days.
The coverage of the festival will be available to watch on BBC Scotland and BBC iPlayer from the Friday (July 12).
Fans can also tune into BBC Radio Scotland Extra for nightly broadcasts during the festival.
As part of the coverage, Scottish broadcaster Shereen Cutkelvin will be taking over from Edith Bowman.
