Gloucester nightclub ATIK to close for £750K refurb before reopening with new name

Gloucester nightclub ATIK is set to close its doors this month, and as one door closes another opens as new owners are set to invest £750,000 to redevelop the club. The reopening of the club which will be named TRILOGY iwill welcome nightclubbers through the door at the end of August and with it, will come more jobs.

The company, Epic Bars and Clubs are bringing the huge investment to the Gloucester nightclub. The company are national bar and nightclub operators and have revealed they have taken ownership of Atik nightclub in Gloucester.

The club which is located on Eastgate Street, in Gloucester, will host its final closing parties this summer on July 19 and July 20, before the site undergoes a major redevelopment. All staff employed at ATIK will keep their positions and there will be a further 30 jobs created at the venue.

Epic Bars and Clubs are hoping to restore the venue to its former glory. The company have also said they are going to be re-establishing it in its rightful place as the area’s leading late night entertainment venue.
