Passed away peacefully at Redlands Acre Care Home on Wednesday 10th April 2024, aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife to the late Archie, much loved Mum to Bridgette, Mother in law to Mark, loving Auntie to Claire, Alison, Michael and Susanne, Great Auntie to Hannah, Alice-Rose and Paul, Great Great Auntie to Luna and Iwan. The funeral service will take place at The Holy Trinity Church Tewkesbury on Thursday 25th April 2024 at 2.30pm followed by a private cremation. Carole Ann CRONK (Pearson)

(Pearson) It is with great sadness we announce, the passing of Carole Ann Cronk Nee Carole Pearson, who passed away peacefully on the 1st of April 2024 aged 82 at home. A loving wife to the late Geoffery Cronk, stepmother to Tony and Sara, step- grandmother to Daniel, Nicole and Isabelle, and step-great-grandmother to Chloe. A celebration of Carole's life will be held at Torquay Crematorium on Tuesday 30th April at 11:30 am. Ada (Snooks) DAVIES

Peacefully passed away on Friday the 5th of April 2024. Loving mother to Jeff and Bev, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She will be sadly missed by all her friends and family but goes to join her beloved husband, Gwyn. (PAT) Sadly, passed away on the 1st April 2024 aged 78 years. Pat will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. Eileen Veronica Patricia KENNEDY

Passed away at home on 5th April 2024 aged 60 years. A much-loved Mother and Grandmother, Eileen will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children, Nadia, Clark and Tia, her Grand-Children, and the whole family. Douglas (Dougie) MATTHEWS

(Dougie) Passed away peacefully in his sleep on 31st March 2024, aged 89 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Derek Munton, age 84, of Ste. Croix, NS, Canada, passed peacefully on April 2 2024 surrounded by his loving family at the Northwood Nursing Home in Halifax, NS after battling Chronic Leukemia and Dementia. He was the son of Vera and Charles Munton. Derek immigrated to Nova Scotia, Canada in 1981 to live near his sister and family. He is survived by his nephew David (Charina), Ste. Croix, nieces, Suzanne (Gary), Sydney, and Tracey, Ste. Croix; and niece-in-law, Vicki Hilchie, grandnieces and nephews, Vanessa (David), Erin and Colin; 2 great-grandnieces (Jaelyn and Ariella), and many nieces and nephews in England. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister Jean Eileen (Munton) Howells, twin brother, David Munton, and nephew Robin Howells. Derek grew up in Leicester, England. He loved playing the piano...and played 'till the end! He worked in cinema for several years as a projectionist and loved it! The rest of Derek's life was dedicated to nursing. He became an RN, specialized in Psychiatry, and became a clinical teacher, a Nursing Home Administrator, and a Chief Medical Officer on the Canadian Scientific Research ship 'SS Hudson' exploring Arctic waters. He mentioned once how they collided with an iceberg! In his later years, Derek ran three nursing stations in northern Canada. Derek also wrote two books: an autobiography, and Fashion Freedom. He planned and treated the family to many trips abroad. He loved walking in nature. To Derek - to all the patients' lives he touched and helped save. To all his friends and co-workers throughout his life (in England and Canada) may you all cherish the good memories you shared with Derek. Derek was much loved by his family. He was an extremely generous person - he did so much for his family. He was an exceptional, wonderful person with a gentle soul. He will be missed greatly. There will be no ceremony - Cremation has already taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Derek may be made to the Dementia/Alzheimer Society of Canada.

Elizabeth Ann ONEILL

Elizabeth Ann O’Neill nee Bailey, who went by Ann, passed away peacefully in March 2024 at Gloucester Royal Hospital following a short illness. Ann was the most dearly loved Mum of Tracey.

(JP) Passed away peacefully in the presence of his family, at Sue Ryder, Leckhampton Court Hospice on the 31st March 2024, aged 71 years. Beloved husband of Linda, and devoted son of Joan and the late Leo Pollard. Also, a much-loved dad to Bob and Jen, brother to Ann, and grampy to James, Ben, Matthew, Jacob, Niamh and Olivia.
