A sausage roll fan was wowed recently after getting a Too Good To Go bag from Greggs for the first time.

Too Good To Go helps food waste by offering discounted goodies that are close to their sell-by dates. Users are not told what items they will receive, as it depends on the store's stock and what items are nearing their expiration date. So you could end up with just a couple of items for a cheap price, or a bag packed with items.

It's a haven for budget-friendly eats, so if you're trying to cut back on spending or are struggling while waiting for January pay day, it could be a good idea to try it. One woman Becky, better known as Becky's Bazaar on Instagram where she shares her thrifty tips, shared her review after paying £2.59 for a Greggs Too Good To Go bag.

She picked up her bag from Winwick Road in Warrington during the evening, scanned her code and went on her way. Once back in her car, she showed what she got. First up, Becky got a bacon and cheese wrap.

"Oh what's this, it looks like some sort of sweet treat," she said as she opened the paper bag to find a chocolate éclair inside. She also got two pink donuts, and a four pack of sausage rolls. "That's crazy," Becky said.

But the haul didn't end there, as she also got char grilled chicken oval bite, a chicken salad baguette. "I can't believe how much stuff I got," Becky added.

People rushed to comment how impressed they were with the amount of food Becky got. One individual said: "Definitely worth it, at least a tenner worth of food."

One other noted that a lot of the food could fill you up for a meal. They said: "Wow 100% you could have sausage roll mash and beans for dinner, roll for lunch and one of the others for breakfast. Fantastic."

"That's breakfast and lunch sorted with doughnuts for snack time too," added another. One other wrote: "You've not just got a Greggs bag, it contains sausage rolls... The elite Greggs bag!"

One other said: "Omg amazing Greggs food is delicious and very well priced at least a tenner or more there."
