New episodes of Grey’s Anatomy are going to seem a little bit like old times: When the resurgent ABC drama scrubs in for its abbreviated Season 20, Jessica Capshaw will be guest-starring as Arizona Robbins, the pediatric surgeon she played from Season 5-14, ABC announced Saturday.

In addition to the comeback kids, Grey’s Anatomy will be welcoming two other noteworthy guest stars. Dead to Me vet Natalie Morales (below) has been tapped to play Monica Beltran, described by ABC as “a pediatric surgeon whose pragmatism and level-headedness have made her one of the best in her field. Her willingness to push boundaries can be admirable and aggravating, but it’s always aimed at providing top-quality care to her patients.”

DMZ MVP Freddy Miyares will also be passing through Grey Sloan as Dorian, a likable patient whose future becomes a big question mark in the wake of a serious accident.

Season 20 will mark executive producer Meg Marinis’ debut as showrunner. (She was announced as Krista Vernoff’s replacement back in March of 2023.) The show’s first orders of business will have to be diving into the fallout from Simone’s aborted wedding, which inadvertently landed her jilted fiancé in the hospital, sending Richard once more into battle with the bottle, and addressing the fates of guest patient Sam Page and Teddy, the surgeon who about to try to save his life when she collapsed. Grey’s Anatomy Season 20 kicks off on Thursday, March 14, at 9/8c. Press PLAY on the trailer above to get a sneak peek.
