Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals Kinky Side By Sampling Sex Toys For ‘Ultimate Orgasm’ Guide

Gwyneth Paltrow has detailed her favourite sex toys and a homemade, ‘non-toxic’ lube recipe.

Her lifestyle site Goop issued a sex issue to fans, with the advice: ‘Sex toys have long since graduated from the floppy rubber things you hide in your bedside table to beautiful works of interactive art.’

The must-have dildo listed in the issue was made of 24-karat gold, and a £295 Agent Provocateur whip was also recommended.

Goop also advised how to create an organic lube to ‘turn the driest of deserts into your own personal slip and slide’ – using yams as an ingredient.

Paltrow, above, dating TV writer Brad Falchuk after divorcing Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, below, also talked fans through her ‘ultimate orgasm’ routine.

She explained: “It is sometimes said that sex happens first in the brain, but actually, the real secret to sensual and sexual pleasure is embodiment. Sensation and pleasure happen in the body.
