Hail and Flash Flooding Lashes Western Texas During Severe Thunderstorm

Hail pummelled Big Lake, Texas, as a line of storms swept through the region Saturday, March 16.

Footage filmed by Chad Casey shows hail stones pounding the ground and flash flooding on the roads south of Big Lake.

The National Weather Service in Midland, Texas, warned the line of strong to severe storms could produce large hail, damaging wind, and locally heavy rain.
