For Mental Health Awareness Month in May, we're drawing attention to all things mental health through our Let's Talk About It initiative. And that includes highlighting celebrities who are doing just that — talking about it — bringing attention to their own mental health issues in order to destigmatize the conversation around the topic and encourage others to feel less alone, or to seek health if needed. This week's PEOPLE in 10 features Halle Bailey and Billie Eilish, both of whom have spoken about their own experiences.
