Who Wants To Be A Millionaire is a popular quiz show on ITV but it has only been won five times in its history.

Viewers at home love playing along to see if they know the right answers to the questions. But how many of the final £1m questions can you answer?

Here is a round-up of all the hardest final questions - 17 in total - that have ever been put to players on the ITV show since it started in 1998, with Chris Tarrant at the helm. Now Jeremy Clarkson is the host.
