Harry Styles is heading to the BBC for his very own special.

He follows in the rather large footsteps of Michael Bublé and Adele, which isn't that bad at all for an X Factor alum.

Harry Styles at the BBC's hour-long special will feature the One Direction star singing tracks from his debut album, and there'll be a few he's never performed before.

It will be presented by his bestie Nick Grimshaw – obviously – and he's super excited it too.

"Harry is a great performer and full of so many wonderful stories about his extraordinary career, which he'll be sharing with us. I can't wait for this show!" Grimmy gushed.

Bob Shennan, Director of BBC Radio and Music added: "BBC Music is committed to supporting a range of new and established acts, and I'm very happy that we're able to bring Harry to BBC One this autumn for such a unique show."

Harry has been having a ball lately, what with his self-titled first post-One Direction album storming to number one everywhere, and his acting debut in Christopher Nolan's hit Dunkirk.

Christopher Nolan's epic World War II film, which we absolutely loved, also boasts a pretty incredible cast with Oscar-winning actor Mark Rylance, Fionn Whitehead, Tom Hardy, Cillian Murphy and Kenneth Branagh.

Not bad at all for his first time, eh?

Harry Styles at the BBC will air in November.
