Hercule Poirot's latest cinematic adventure A Haunting in Venice will be soon available to stream.

Viewers in the US will be able to catch Kenneth Branagh's third Agatha Christie's adaptation on Hulu just in time for Halloween.

The star-studded séance mystery drama will land on the streaming platform on October 31, while those who would like to get the film on Blu-ray or DVD will have to wait until November 28 (via Variety).

As for Poirot fans based in the UK, it seems the film will follow in the footsteps of its two predecessors, Christie's adaptations Murder on the Orient Express and Death on the Nile, and get a Disney+ streaming release.

Starring Branagh as the fictional Belgian detective, A Haunting in Venice is based on Christie's 1969 Poirot novel of the same name.

Set in post-World War II Venice, the film follows the famed detective as he reluctantly takes part in a séance on All Hallows' Eve in what's supposed to be a haunted palazzo. When one of the guests is murdered, the detective has to use his deduction skills to find the killer.

Much like Branagh's previous two murder mysteries inspired by Christie, A Haunting in Venice features big names in the cast.

Oscar winner Michelle Yeoh plays medium Joyce Reynolds, who conducts the séance and summons Alicia's spirit, while Tina Fey portrays Ariadne Oliver, a novelist who got her shot at fame by fictionalising Poirot's misadventures in her books.

Yellowstone's Kelly Reilly and Killing Eve's Camille Cottin also star, as well as Jamie Dornan, Kyle Allen, Emma Laird and Jude Hill, who previously worked with Branagh on his coming-of-age period drama Belfast.
