Have sex on camera and Coventry Uni will pay you £400

Fancy getting raunchy in front of a camera? Coventry University is looking for couples aged 18-25 to be filmed having real sex - and will pay £400 for the pleasure.

The couples will be shot getting down and dirty in ‘natural settings’ like student halls and in a car.

It’s all part of a campaign called Chance 2 Change which aims to increase condom use among people aged 15 - 28 - the idea is to show real couples having real sex to prove that stopping to pop a condom on doesn’t kill the mood.

Only people aged 18 and over will have access to the videos, however.

The campaign plans to increase use of condoms to stop the spread of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) like chlamydia.

The incentive is that when you order a chlamydia kit online, you’re given access to the real sex videos, depending on what information you provide.

The project’s leader, Dr Katie Newby, explained that the NHS spends £620 million every year treating STDs and sexually transmitted infections.

“We are hoping that the work will ultimately reduce the incidence of sexually transmitted infections amongst young people through increasing their use of condoms,” she said.

Anyone thinking of applying to demonstrate their consensual and loving sexual relationship on video will also be relieved to know that they will be ‘tastefully shot’.
