The past few months have been busy for the couple. Back in February, the pair hosted an underwater-themed party for Tristan's first birthday.
After the party, they took to Instagram to share pictures, including one where Tristan sat next to his blue cake adorned with seaweed, coral and goldfish.
"Tristan’s ONEder the sea 🌊 🐠🦈 🐳 birthday party was perfect in every way. Our hearts are so full. 🥹☺️," the proud mom wrote in her caption.
In addition to Tristan, Tarek is dad to son Brayden, 8, and daughter Taylor, 13, who he shares with his ex-wife Christina Hall. The family of five stepped out together in February to celebrate Tristan's first birthday at Disneyland.
"When the 5 of us try and take a photo together, you already know it’s going to be chaos 🙈 Sun in our eyes, bad lighting, kids getting antsy… the struggle is real 🤪," Heather wrote alongside a carousel of images from the day.
"But we had so much fun celebrating Tristan’s 1st birthday at Disneyland!!" the reality star added. "It was so fun being there as a family and seeing Tristan’s face light up at all the rides was the cutest thing 🥹 Happiest place on earth for good reason 🤍🤍."
