Heavy Rain and Wind Hammer Little Rock With Severe Thunderstorm Watch in Place

Heavy rain continued in Little Rock, Arkansas, on Friday, May 24, as the National Weather Service (NWS) said up to seven inches had fallen over the area over the past three days.

Footage recorded by Jeffrey Franks shows the downpour in the south of the city on Friday afternoon.

The NWS said heavy rain had been ongoing for at least three days, dumping upwards of seven inches of rain on the city and surrounding areas.
