'Hefty' Rain Falls on Central Texas

Parts of central Texas awoke to heavy rain on Wednesday, May 29, with more severe storms looming in the forecast, the National Weather Service (NWS) warned.

Footage taken by Wesley Arrington shows what he called “hefty rain” coming down near Winters, northeast of San Angelo, on Wednesday morning.
