Helen Flanagan has come together with her former partner Scott Sinclair to mark their daughter's sixth birthday in style.

The ex-Corrie actress, 33, and the 35-year-old footballer, who share three children, put their differences aside for Delilah's special day, which featured a mix of Spiderman and football themes at the youngster's request.

Taking to social media, Helen posted pictures from the celebration, including one where Scott is present, and the decorations boasted large Spiderman graphics alongside images of Delilah, oversized footballs, and silver balloons.

The festivities also included a bouncy castle complete with a ball pit, and Helen, unfazed by the day's hustle, uploaded a selfie flashing a peace sign, reports the Mirror.

On Instagram, Helen expressed her joy: "My baby Delilah's party yesterday. Amazing day for my beautiful baby Delilah so proud to be Delilah's mama she's just the best. Even though Delilah is six I will still carry her like this [in her arms] until she is too heavy."

Scott added his own touch by posting a photo on Instagram where he's seen holding his youngest daughter. While initially presenting a cheerful front, Helen later shared a more sombre update with a tearful picture, captioning it: "This week was a lot. Was too drained to go out."

Helen and Scott's reunion comes just days after Helen confessed to having a "difficult relationship" during their 13-year partnership, which ended in October 2022.

Discussing the challenges of co-parenting, Helen shared: "I felt really emotional that day, a lot of personal things going on and it can be extremely emotionally draining co parenting when you have a difficult relationship."

The ex-Coronation Street star went on to say: "I had therapy at the beginning of the year and I felt like I was able to come back to my natural self and not suppress my emotions and I let myself cry now.

"I felt a little bit lost before I had Matilda, when I had my baby girl it gave me a feeling of purpose and inspiration. Whenever I'm stuck in a situation and don't know what to do, I think what would I want my daughter to do and I do that."
