Yahoo News Helen Skelton supported by fans after 'hundred miles an hour' life admission
Helen Skelton has been supported by fans as she described her life as going at a 'hundred miles an hour'. The TV star took to social media with a string of snaps documenting how she spent some of her recent time with her children, family and friends.
In the first images shared to Instagram, Helen could be seen lifting her daughter, Elsie, into the air while out in the great outdoors. There was also pictures of the former Blue Peter star at work on Morning Live, catching up with friends over cake and watching her sons play football.
Captioning the post, Helen wrote: "LOTS to be grateful for this week. Peaceful passing of power. Hanging out with dogs on moors.
A child with the capacity and opportunity to go on school trips. Colleagues who are brilliant and still allow for EVERYONE to make school pick up.

"Garden picnics. Sunny sidelines. Hanging out with dogs on couches. Seeing 50% of your family at the football. A bit of creativity.
Cake with my girls." She added: "When life is a hundred miles an hour I take pics to take a moment."
Helen's fans and followers were quick to respond to the post, with many offering her words of praise and support. @laura_w80 said: "You’re doing an amazing job Helen, it’s not easy juggling, kids, work and life." @margaret.fisher.5268 wrote: "Love you and your family Helen. You are amazing."

Meanwhile, Helen is also currently busy filming a new travel series with fellow presenter and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Dan Walker. The news of a second series came following fans' support after their first jaunt which saw them exploring the North Pennines.
They teamed up for Dan & Helen's Pennine Adventure last year and it saw them venturing through the stunning countryside while getting stuck into challenging activities, from cycling along Snake Pass in the Peak District to trying their hand at float-tube fishing and getting into swimwear to plunge into a river.
After the support for the programme, at the end of the four-part series, Dan and Helen pleaded for their fans' help as they were asked about the possibility of a second series.
And their wish is Channel 5's command as Dan and Helen revealed last month that they are set to explore Yorkshire. Taking to Instagram at the time, Dan shared a picture of the pair. which was reshared by Helen, and said; "Some lovely news… we are about to start filming a new travel series for @channel5_tv."
He added: "Watch this space for more details. We’ll let you know when you can watch us wandering around Yorkshire together as soon as we can (champagne optional)," and has since ben sharing updates on what he and Helen have been getting up to.
