Britain has a serious pothole problem that seems to only be getting worse.

Many will know how it feels to fall victim to a pothole – the shock of a punctured tyre, uneasiness waiting for the rescue service, and the resulting ruined plans; followed by frustration that the local council is seemingly doing nothing to address the problem.

But which are the worst affected areas and is anything being done about them? We would like you, Telegraph readers, to help map Britain’s worst potholes.
