The hidden gem restaurant with 'some of the best food in Coventry'

A Lebanese restaurant in Coventry has been praised for 'incredibly tasty food' by diners who keep coming back. The palm-tree-lined restaurant offers a range of dishes from Lebanese cuisine - and you can also hit the shisha lounge while you're there.

Aqua Food and Mood aims to make customers feel like they are in the Middle East - although it's easy to miss if you're just walking down the street. Yet diners seem to like the hidden gem, with plenty of strong reviews online hailing the 'amazing' food.

The menu includes mezze, seafood dishes, grills and salads - plus Lebansese-inspired afternoon tea. You'll be able to tuck into fried aubergines, dishes with vine leaves - and fans say there is loads of food.

Take note, the team at Aqua Food and Mood offers 0.0% wines beers and spirits - so at least you won't have a hangover afterwards. The restaurant, which also has another branch in Warwick, has separate dining areas, so you can have a romantic meal, a family dinner or a large party.

Karen Jones said: "Had a wonderful mezze meal for two starters and main. Had a mocktail which was refreshing and complimented the meal that had enough spice and flavour. The freshly made dessert Zhood Elsett was fantastic and would definitely recommend this restaurant and will visit again."

Heather BM said: "We had such a lovely meal here tonight. The service and atmosphere were great and very relaxed, and loads of food. The food was delicious and so lovingly prepared, definitely one of the best meals I have had in the area."
