A historic former engine house in St Agnes goes under the hammer later this month. The Engine House at Wheal Kitty was most recently used as offices.

Cornwall Council has now instructed its sale on Wednesday, July 24. The property has a freehold guide price of £50,000 at auction.

It is among 165 lots listed in the latest auction being held by one of the top five property auctioneers in the UK, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers. Part of a former tin mine, it is among the commercial properties at the Wheal Kitty Business Park.
