If you are a broken-hearted Taylor Swift fan without tickets for this weekend, HMV Belfast has got just the event or you.

Global superstar Taylor Swift brings her record-breaking Eras Tour to Dublin's Aviva Stadium this weekend for three sold-out shows - the hottest ticket in town when they went on sale last summer.

As thousands of Swifites from Northern Ireland prepare to make the journey down to Dublin on June 28-30 to see the Cruel Summer singer perform live, many fans have been left devastated that they were unable to secure tickets.

If you unfortunately are not heading to see the singer this weekend, HMV has decided to throw a party for fans to make their Saturday that bit more special.

The Castle Place store is holding a friendship bracelet making event for Swifities to meet up and make friends with fellow fans as the singer performs her second night in Dublin.

It is taking place on Saturday, June 29 from 4:30pm and whether Midnights or Speak Now is your favourite album, everyone is invited to take part in the fun.

A poster for the event reads: "Eras Tour bracelet making at HMV.

"Not going to the Eras Tour? Well HMV Belfast have all Swifties covered!

"Come down and meet fellow Swifties while making and trading bracelets!"

Taylor Swift last performed in Belfast back in 2011 for her Speak Now tour and while fans hoped she may have added a Northern Ireland tour date after living in Belfast during the pandemic, the star only opted for dates in Dublin for her tour.
