Yahoo News Hollyoaks to air Patrick twist after death in Sienna, Dilly and Rafe story
Huge Hollyoaks spoilers follow from Monday's hour-long stunt episode (January 15), which is available to watch now on Channel 4 Streaming. This episode does not air on E4 until Tuesday (January 16).
Hollyoaks has confirmed the official details of Patrick Blake's return.
Jeremy Sheffield has reprised the role of Patrick for a guest stint – and his storyline will see Dilly Harcourt continue to take centrestage.
Dilly will see sinister visions of Patrick following the tragic death of her secret husband Rafe.
Rafe's emotional exit scenes aired in Hollyoaks' hour-long stunt episode, which was released on Channel 4 Streaming on Monday evening.

Dilly lost it with Rafe when he tried to call a halt to their long-running and elaborate plan to scam Sienna Blake. Rafe made his decision on the day that he was due to marry Sienna as part of the scheme.
As they clashed, Dilly knocked Rafe out cold with an ornamental bell. When Rafe regained consciousness and continued to obsess over getting a message to Sienna, Dilly dragged him off to a basement room of the mansion and tied him to a radiator.
When a confused Sienna returned, Dilly made out that Rafe had cruelly jilted his bride by going AWOL on their wedding day.
Dilly then headed to the basement to check on Rafe, who was terminally ill, and was distraught to discover that he'd passed away.

An extended end-of-episode trailer then showed the next stages of the storyline, with first-look footage revealing that Dilly will continue to let Sienna believe that Rafe walked out on her.
When Sienna's sister Liberty Savage returns and goes snooping in the basement, Dilly feels she has no choice but to attack her as well.
Meanwhile, Dilly's connection to Patrick continues to be explored as she speaks to a photo of him that's on the wall at Hollyoaks High.
Reflecting on Patrick's death in 2016, Dilly laments: "It's as if they've forgotten about you."

The vision of Patrick then appears and says: "But you haven't forgotten about me. Now it's time for you to finish what I started."
Patrick's return to Hollyoaks was first revealed in December last year. Dilly's link to Patrick was then teased in Hollyoaks' New Year trailer at the start of this month.
Hollyoaks' hour-long stunt episode is available to watch now on Channel 4 Streaming.
Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4 each weekday at 7.30pm. Episodes then air on E4 the following day, before getting their YouTube premiere a week after that.
