Hollyoaks' Felix Westwood tells Sharon Bailey the truth

Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Hollyoaks' Felix Westwood opened up about his injuries to Sharon Bailey in Wednesday's (August 2) first-look episode.

Felix has been struggling since DeMarcus left, and has become immersed in the world of illegal boxing in order to channel his frustrations. His injuries have been noticed by multiple people, but he's been trying to hide it from people — including his other half Mercedes McQueen.

The couple were supposed to enjoy a date night, but when he didn't show, Mercedes turned up to his and demanded Sharon tell her where he was. Sharon had no idea, while viewers saw that he was tending to his latest injuries at the garage.

Just as her date with Warren (who was flirting with her in a French accent) was starting, Sharon got a text from Felix asking her to come to the garage urgently, and she made her excuses and left.

At the garage, Sharon pressed Felix for the truth. While he confirmed it wasn't Warren's doing, he was hesitant to tell her the truth. But after threatening to not help him with his injuries, which would force him to go to A&E and have half the village see him, Felix relented.

"Illegal fights? Do you have any idea how dangerous that is?" a shocked Sharon said upon learning the truth, but Felix was quick to make her promise she wouldn't tell anyone else. Will she do what he asks?
