Hollyoaks star Vera Chok has addressesed her exit from the soap after just over a year of playing Honour Chen-Williams.
Honour's exit aired during Thursday's first-look episode (April 13) on E4, with the counsellor accepting a job offer in London as her marriage to husband Dave crumbled.
On Twitter, Chok shared Digital Spy's breakdown of Honour's exit, while giving fans a goodbye message.

"Ooooof it’s official. Honour has left Hollyoaks, folks," Chok wrote on Twitter before sharing an Instagram video of her saying farewell to the village.
"Hi. So I'm leaving," she said in the video (while taking some items from the Chen-Williams house). "I want to say thank you so much to the fans for supporting Honour.
"It's been so great. I mean all the love and I've met such incredible people. Great experiences, learnt a lot. Love you all, bye."

The actress also commented on the video (which appeared on the official Hollyoaks Instagram account), writing: "Oh wow, everyone, a MASSIVE thank you to you all for supporting Honour/me and being so kind. It means a LOT."
Chok also shared a series of photos from her time on the soap and wrote: "From the day of my make up test, to working with some FAB ESEA talents, one pic of only some of the incredible crew and good souls, to doing what I do best, full bodied fury/laughter! I have learned so much about myself & this business we call show."
The Chen-Williams family were introduced to Hollyoaks in late 2021 but they've now suffered two cast member exits in just over a year as well as the addition of Izzie Yip as Honour's niece Shing Lin at the end of 2022.
Hollyoaks streams first on All 4, with new episodes dropping each weekday morning. The show airs Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, and at 7pm on E4.
