Hollyoaks' Ste Hay faces terrifying threat from Warren Fox

Hollyoaks spoilers follow from Tuesday's episode on Channel 4 streaming, which doesn't air on E4 until Wednesday.

Ste Hay has faced a terrifying threat from Warren Fox in Hollyoaks.

The latest first-look episode (March 19) saw Warren warn Ste that he wasn't through with his revenge plot, even after pushing Ste from the roof last week.

Ste had earlier decided not to tell police or his family the truth about what landed him in the hospital, instead claiming that he'd jumped off the roof in a state of grief over Ella's death.

He did come clean to his children that he was responsible for accidentally running down Ella. While Leah was horrified that her dad had killed her best made, Lucas promised he'd step up for the family if Ste had to go away.

In a frightening cliffhanger scene, Ste was shown waking up in his hospital room with an intimidating Warren Fox at his bedside.

"It's just you and me, Ste. We're all on our own," Warren revealed.

As Ste started to panic, Warren told him he was smart for not telling police the truth about his 'fall' from the roof.

"I guess that means we're equal now, surely," Ste asked.

Warren warned him his vendetta wasn't over, telling Ste: "The math isn't quite adding up. You're still alive while my daughter is dead."

The pair had no idea Joel and Leela were watching from the hall as Warren placed his hand over Ste's mouth and violently grabbed his broken leg.

"You need to get acquainted with pain because I'm nowhere near done with you yet," Warren threatened. "It's a shame you bounced. Maybe I should I have pushed you harder."

Will Joel confront his father over his latest threats?
