'Hollyoaks' star Stephanie Davis shows off results of hair transplant
Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davis has shown off the results of her hair transplant after revealing she used to be bullied over her hairline.
The actress, 27, underwent the procedure at the British Hair Clinic six months ago, previously saying she did it because of her “high forehead and years of bullying”.
In an update on Instagram, she said she was thrilled with the outcome.
Showing off her new hairline, Davis said she was “really happy”.
“I can’t believe how well it has gone. I’ve got so much more confidence,” she said.
“I don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner to be honest,” she added.
“It has upped my confidence so much,” the star went on.
Davis found fame playing Sinead O'Connor in Hollyoaks and is also known for appearing on Celebrity Big Brother in 2016.
She revealed last year that she had been diagnosed with high-functioning autism.
The actress said in a video blog that she had struggled to accept the diagnosis at first, but that after reading more about it, it had helped explain other problems she had experienced, such as alcohol addiction.

Davis said: "So I've been diagnosed with a few mental health issues and I'm not ready to talk about them all yet, I don’t know if I ever will be. This is a lot for me.”
“This is me... I have high-functioning autism,” she said.
