Home and Away's Tori Morgan has finally been reunited with her daughter Grace in the show's latest Australian episode.

A recent storyline on air in Australia has seen Tori spend weeks in a coma after she suffered a stroke and collapsed following the birth of her much-longed-for baby.

The show's latest episodes have now seen Tori make an unexpected recovery after being transferred to the local Northern Districts Hospital, where doctors worked to bring her out of the coma.

Monday's episode on Channel 7 in Australia (November 18) saw Tori catch up with her loved ones after regaining consciousness.

The early signs provided some cause for concern for her family, as she seemed strangely distant and was also unable to move her left arm. After a night's rest, though, she regained her full movement and warmly engaged in conversation with her brothers Justin (James Stewart) and Mason (Orpheus Pledger).

With everything seeming positive, Robbo Shaw (Jake Ryan) and Jasmine Delaney (Sam Frost) brought baby Grace to the hospital so that Tori could see her again at long last.

Sadly, Tori became visibly distressed when holding Grace, firmly insisting that she wasn't her baby.

Upcoming scenes will explore Tori's struggle to bond with Grace, having missed out on the precious first weeks of her life.

Robbo and Jasmine try to help by showing Tori all of the photos they have taken of Grace over the past few weeks, but will it be enough to make a difference?

Penny McNamee, who plays Tori, recently told TV Week: "She remembers she's had a baby. But when they bring her in, that joy you're expecting her to feel, and she's expecting to feel, quickly turns to despair.

"She's expecting to see this little newborn, but Grace is six weeks old by then."

Home and Away's UK fans will see these scenes in February on Channel 5.

Home and Away airs weekdays at 1.15pm and 6pm on Channel 5 (UK) and Mondays to Thursdays at 7pm on Channel 7 (Australia).
