New Huddersfield Town podcast to be launched to celebrate fans' memories of the club

A new Huddersfield Town podcast is to be launched to celebrate fans’ memories of the club.

‘Still Smiling: A Huddersfield Town Podcast’ has been created to reminisce about Town’s past, speaking to Terriers’ fans, as well as former and current players, about iconic moments in the club’s history.

The new podcast is to be hosted by Brady Frost and Tom Bradshaw, formerly of Town fan podcast ‘And He Takes That Chance’.

The first episode will be released on Tuesday July 16, which includes an interview with former Huddersfield Examiner reporter Mel Booth, who looks back on his favourite moments across four decades of covering the club.

“The last few years have been difficult as a Huddersfield Town fan,” Frost said. “When your team isn’t doing well, it can be hard to feel the connection and you wonder why you put yourself through it all! Still Smiling exists to recall the good days, laugh at the bad times and remind everyone why we love this club.”

Bradshaw added: “I can’t wait to get started on this project with Brady. I think it’s something unique from a Town media perspective and should be a fresh addition to the already incredible fan-run content out there.

“I’ve already been excited about some of the stories we’ve heard and can’t wait to share more with the Town fan base!”

Still Smiling is now available on major podcast platforms, including Spotify and Apple Podcasts, and can also be found on Acast.
