Huge queues snake from Anfield to Stanley Park ahead of final Taylor Swift gig

Huge queues have been spotted outside Taylor Swift's final gig at Anfield tonight.

The world's biggest popstar is performing last of three sold out shows in L4 on Saturday. Thousands of passionate Swifties have descended on the area for another special night in the city.

The Liverpool FC club shop has been transformed to sell Taylor Swift merch and fans have been keen to pick up a souvenir to commemorate the occasion. ECHO reporters are stationed outside Anfield and spotted huge queues forming outside the shop.

The line extends as far as Stanley Park as fans look to grab their favourite items ahead of tonight's show. Taylor has been blown away by the welcome she has received in the city as she said Liverpool has made a "stunning impression" on her. After she performed Champagne Problems last night, Taylor was so moved she took her earpieces out and stopped performing as she took in how loud the crowd were cheering her.

After a couple of minutes, she said: "Wow. This is one of the most expressive, genuine, generous crowds I've ever been in front of.

"I've made so many best friends out here tonight. I am so lucky to get to play a show for people like you and to get to meet you.

"Thank you so, so much for that. I love you."
