Hull City's squad in full after retained list confirms big departures
Hull City now know the size of the task facing the club over the course of the summer months after their retained list was confirmed over the weekend.
A host of first-team and fringe players will move on from the MKM Stadium when their contracts officially expire at the end of June, leaving City with a large hole in their squad, and while that could understandably be viewed as a negative, it's also a big opportunity for the new manager.
With as many as 10 new players required before the summer transfer window closes at the end of August, the incoming boss has a big chance to shape his squad and put his stamp on it.

A quick look at the current squad list also shows where the work needs to be done, particularly in the top half of the pitch with no recognised strikers after the departures of Liam Delap, Noah Ohio, Billy Sharp and Aaron Connolly.
