Humpback Whale Washes Up on New York City Beach

A dead humpback whale washed up on a New York City beach on Tuesday, April 4. The 25- to 30-foot whale was found in the Rockaways and had been spotted by the US Coast Guard floating nine miles off shore on Monday, according to a report.
