A true grafter who worked seven days a week, Keith would rise at 4am each morning and head to the markets to collect fresh produce for his customers.

Keith could chat to anyone about anything and he always made time for people, he loved a laugh and he told the greatest stories.

Each year Keith would look forward to some well earned rest and relaxation during the Blackburn holidays enjoying his annual stays in St Annes, Torquay and later on Spain & Mallorca.

After retiring in 1989 Keith enjoyed Golf mainly for the socialising, he learned to play the keyboard and took up painting.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and lived a long and happy life living at home until the last few weeks when he moved to Woodlands care home where he was well looked after. Keith will be sadly missed.
