Terence Turner

Terence TURNER (Terry), peacefully in Royal Blackburn Hospital on Thursday, April 4 2024, following a short illness, aged 88.

The devoted husband of Kathleen, beloved dad of Linda and Elaine and son-in-law Paul. Much loved granddad of Daniel, Rowan, Craig, and Francesca.

Dearest great-granddad of Alfie, Lana, Leo, and Jude. Also a great friend to many.

A service and cremation will take place at Accrington Crematorium on Wednesday, April 24 at 11am. Family flowers only please.

Peter Casson

Mr Peter Casson, of 77 Lupin Close, Accrington, passed away on March 30, 2024, aged 77 years.

Peter died peacefully at his home on March 30, aged 77 years. Before his retirement he worked for the tax office as a manager.

He was the loving brother of David and brother-in-law of Barbara, devoted uncle of Christopher and Emma, great uncle of Eva and a dear friend to many. The service was due to take place on April 17 at 3pm at Accrington Crematorium Chapel, Burnley Road, Accrington and was officiated by Neil Overton.
