An iconic cafe, bar, and restaurant which has served the city for over 20 years is up for sale. Millsy's Cafe, located on Earlsdon high street, is on the market with offers over £1.6million.

The freehold restaurant has a loyal following borne out of its 'stellar reputation' for hospitality with a full premises license and no ties. The current owners are retiring.

The ground floor has a split-level bar area with a lower cafe section opening out to the forecourt drinking area, offering space for more than 200 people. The ground floor also has male and female toilets, along with disabled toilet facilities.

Many customers praised Millsy's online for offering 'delicious courses' which are 'fresh and tasty. The eatery has a 4.2-star rating on Google reviews and a 3.5 out of 5 on Tripadvisor.

Paul O said: "Had a nice meal. The quality is excellent, great prawns, very good pasta, and presentation. Really good value extremely good service from all the staff. I was very impressed I would recommend it."

Carl M said: "The breakfast was perfect, The poached eggs on the benedict were done beautifully still very runny but without the undercooked egg white that I've had at other places, Sausage was tasty, I was so hungry I could have had two, The full English was cooked lovely too, All polished off with a Glass of Birthday bubbly."

Another diner added: "I had the grilled chicken burger (with chips) and my daughter had the halloumi and avocado wrap (with chips). Both dishes were excellent and the chips were exceptional. It was a Monday lunchtime, and it was relatively quiet at the time. The service was very good.2

The sale of Millsy's will be progressed by way of a Transfer of a Going Concern so VAT will not be payable on the purchase price. Stock will also be available at valuation.
