Yahoo News Iggy Azalea Plans New Podcast ‘Mother Knows Best’ (Exclusive)
Australian rapper and new crypto entrepreneur Iggy Azalea has launched her own podcast, Mother Knows Best.
The rapper’s audio partnership with podcast publisher The Volume will see Azalea reach into the worlds of pop culture and business by discussing the work and lives of chart-topping musicians and trailblazing CEOs.

“I’m excited to start filming Mother Knows Best and stirring the pot in the way only I can. For a long time now I feel conversations in pop culture have become stagnant and overly cautious. I can’t wait to start a fire and blaze a trail with The Volume,” Azalea said in a statement.
In June 2024, Azalea expanded in the crypto market by introducing her own meme coin, Mother Iggy or $MOTHER. The popular rapper has used her 7.7 million followers on X, formerly, Twitter, and her other social media channels to promote the $MOTHER token as a viral online meme. Her other tech ventures include DreamVault, a digital gifting platform, and Unreal Mobile, a phone service where $MOTHER tokens can be used to purchase devices and monthly data plans.

The Volume was founded as a digital media company by Colin Cowherd in 2021 and has a talent roster that includes Cowherd, Shannon Sharpe, Draymond Green, Chad Ochocinco, Jeff Teague, Richard Sherman and Daniel Cormier.
