Ikea Customer Draws Penises All Over Ikea Store With Ikea Pencil

A man has been convicted for drawing penises all over an Ikea store.

The 31-year-old carried out the genitalia graffiti in an Ikea shop in Aalborg in Denmark.

Using one of the Ikea wooden pencils collected at the entrance to the store, he proceeded to doodle dozens of penises on walls and pieces of furniture as he went around the shop.

Like the breadcrumbs in the famous tale of Hansel and Gretel, the trail of penis pictures were used by Ikea staff to track down the culprit, who was reported to police.

“He drew up to 30 penises on walls and shelves around the warehouse,” said Rikke Poulsen from the North Jutland police, in an interview with the Berlingske News Bureau.

However, the man denied that he had been responsible for every one of the drawings, telling police that he was merely a copycat penis scribbler.

“The man has admitted to being behind these drawings, but not as many as 30,” said Poulsen.

“He has no prior convictions and he has explained that he did it because he had seen similar drawings in IKEA.

“He has regretted his actions, but that doesn’t change the fact that he has still committed vandalism.”

The man was given a 20-day suspended sentence in court on Tuesday.
