Janice Dickinson vomited as she took part in the first eating trial of I'm A Celebrity... South Africa.

The 68-year-old US model and Diversity dancer Jordan Banjo had viewers gagging along with them at their retching noises as they attempted to eat crocodile anus, goat lung, ostrich testicle and lamb testicle in a bid to win meals for camp.

Dickinson called hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly "a**eholes" and gestured the middle finger at them as they introduced dishes with names such as 'c**k au vag' and 'spaghetti b*****k-nese'.
