Police increased patrols following reports of anti-social behaviour at a village car park.

Officers from Halesworth police attended numerous incidents in Stradbroke involving vehicles.

In one incident, a driver was issued with a Section 59 warning due to his manner of driving through the area.

The warning is given to drivers who have used a vehicle in a manner which has caused alarm, distress or annoyance.

He was also issued with a traffic offence report for a bald tyre on the same vehicle.

A spokesman for the police said the incidents were "something that warranted extra patrols in the area".
