Tony Bellew is set to take to pitch tonight for the annual Soccer Aid for UNICEF game.

The legendary boxer is part of a star-studded squad of celebrities and sports personalities who are competing to raise money for charity. Bellew will don goalkeepers gloves as he will be the man between the sticks for the Rest of the World in Sunday night's game on ITV.

The 43-year-old confirmed his involvement on Good Morning Britain last month as he said: "My son is a goalkeeper for Everton and has been for three years. I just wanted to prove to him that I can do a tenth of what he can do. I'm going to be in the goal with these on."

He added: "I can use my feet and I'm pretty good with my hands so I'm sure I'll be OK." Bellew is part of a squad for the game at Stamford Bridge and is excited to play in a team that includes renowned former footballers such as Alessandro Del Piero, Eden Hazard and Roberto Carlos.

He told the official Soccer Aid Instagram channel: "You will catch me in the goal saving absolutely everything and giving the ball to the legendary Roberto Carlos. He's on the left back. Bang, it's going straight into him."

The boxer was a hit with fans on last season's I'm A Celebrity as he struck up a close friendship with Sam Thompson. The two have joked their friendship will go out of the window for tonight's game as the Made In Chelsea star will be lining up for the England team.

Bellew has been sharing regular updates on his social channels ahead of the game as he looks forward to tonight's charity match, which kicks off at 7.30pm. The former fighter has built up a large following on social media where he also shares updates from his happy family life.

He lives in Merseyside with his wife, Rachael Roberts and four sons, Corey, Cobey, Carter, and Carson. Fans were wowed when Bellew gave an insight into his luxury home earlier this year.

The Bomber is also a keen golfer and revealed his brand new driver in a clip shared in February. However, fans were more impressed with the furnishings of the house as a follower named Jo said: "I'm more impressed with the marble island." Ann agreed as she said: "Me too."

According to our sister site, Mirror Online, Tony's spacious home sees incredible grey stone flooring leading out onto a perfectly landscaped garden, where French doors look out onto the neat lawn. A tall brick wall provides the family some privacy, with small plants around the borders to bring a dash of colour.

In another video that appears to be at his home, Tony can be seen opening a parcel in front of a large stained glass window, with large, regal-looking wooden chairs and a huge table.

Tony shared a snap in 2022 to show what it looked like in the festive period as he posed with two his sons and said: "2 out of my 4! 17 and 14 and already I feel small! Trying to make them better with each day that passes.. Think it’s fair to say we love @sandbanks in our house."
