Insurer Ravenhall Risk Solutions launches recruitment drive after expansion to Hull

Chartered insurance broker Ravenhall Risk Solutions has announced expansion into the Humber region with the launch of a new base this month.

Leeds based Ravenhall was launched more than 20 years ago by Neil Grimshaw, to help businesses navigate risks faced across multiple sectors. Now the business wants to offer bespoke insurance solutions to Humber businesses in moves set to create a number of jobs.

The company’s new office is based in the Humber Enterprise Park in Brough, near Hull, and founder Mr Grimshaw is now looking to build a team with regional professionals.

He said: “We’re delighted to join East Yorkshire’s thriving business community. This expansion allows us to support local businesses with high quality services and expertise, while further growing our team.

“The new Humberside location is conveniently accessible for clients across the region and building a local team with regional professionals is also a priority, ensuring businesses benefit from Ravenhall’s expertise combined with in-depth knowledge of the Humberside market.

“Over the next 18-24 months, we hope to employ a team of qualified, experienced brokers in the Humberside region that will also support our Leeds and Belfast offices.”

The move follows a successful acquisition from Jensten Group in 2022. Commenting on the benefits of acquiring Ravenhall Group, Alistair Hardie, Jensten Group CEO said: “Neil and the team share our core values and culture, providing an exceptional broking service and putting clients first – making them an ideal fit for the Jensten Group.”
