Islanders have been casting their votes in General Election 2024 and soon, the counting begins.
In just a few hours' time, the Isle of Wight will find out who their two MPs are.

Polls opened at 7am and close at 10pm, bringing an end to weeks of campaigning from candidates.
In the West, there are six candidates: Cameron Palin, of the IW Green Party; Ian Pickering, of Reform UK; Richard Quigley, of Island Labour; Bob Seely, of the IW Conservatives; Nick Stuart, of the IW Liberal Democrats; and Rachel Thacker, of the Alliance for Democracy and Freedom Party (ADF).
Meanwhile, the six candidates in the East are Emily Brothers, of Island Labour; David Groocock, independent; Michael Lilley, of the IW Liberal Democrats; Vix Lowthion, of the IW Green Party; Sarah Morris, of Reform UK; and Joe Robertson, of the IW Conservatives.
The County Press sat down with all 12 MP hopefuls in the run up to the election.
Throughout their campaigns, the candidates were quizzed on a variety of topics, from ferries to the NHS.

The IW was divided into two constituencies following a review by the Boundary Commission.
With an electorate of 54,911 is IW West, while IW East has an electorate of 56,805.
According to the Isle of Wight Council, a total of 10,159 postal votes have been issued in the East.
Meanwhile, in the West, 10,012 postal votes have been issued.
Previously, the Island was one constituency and at the last election, in 2019, there was an electorate of 113,021.
On that occasion, there were 74,442 votes cast — a turnout of 65.9 per cent.
Bob Seely held the seat between June 8, 2017, to May 30, 2024.
