Britain's Got Talent viewers were baffled as Jack Rhodes wowed the judges with a trick on tonight's show.

Ant and Dec returned to front Sunday's edition of the popular ITV talent show. Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, Bruno Tonioli and Simon Cowell were in the judges chair as they aimed to find the UK's next star to perform at the Royal Variety.

The judges were amazed when magician Jack arrived on the stage and revealed it wasn't his first time on the show. Jack revealed he was the brains behind "The Phantom" act on the show in 2022, an invisible magician who performed tricks on a seemingly empty stage.

Jack was back to once again prove to the judges he could be one of the UK's next stars. He performed an incredible card trick where he accurately guessed Simon was going to call him a "cucumber" in a video recorded six months ago.

The magician managed to swap Simon and Bruno's card while standing still and joked it was someone in a scuba diver costume who actually performed the switch. Simon said the only thing the act was missing was a big finish before Jack revealed his "scuba diving" assistant had disappeared.

The magician got four yeses to progress to the next round and viewers following the show were amazed by the performance. However, some fans were confused why contestants who had previously entered the show could come back as Trip Hazard also returned in last night's programme.

Dave said: "Might be an unpopular opinion but why is #bgt allowing all of these acts who have previously been on the show to come back?"

Ellena posted: "Yet again someone else who has already been on the show before!!"

Russell added: "What’s the point of having acts that have already been on before or been on other versions? Let’s see new talent"

Scott said: "Been quite a few of people so far who have already been on before"
