Britain's Got Talent viewers were baffled as the credits rolled on tonight's episode.

The search for the UK's next star continued on Sunday as Ant and Dec fronted the second episode of the new season. Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden, Bruno Tonioli and Simon Cowell were once again the judges chair as they aimed to find who would win the £250,000 prize and the chance to perform at the Royal Variety.

The episode ended on an incredible note as Innocent Masuku performed an amazing rendition of Caruso by Lucio Dalla. The singer received a deserved standing ovation and four yeses to sail through to the next round.

Amanda was particularly impressed as she said: "That was by far the best opera singer we have ever had." Viewers were wowed by the performance and said Innocent could be this season's winner.

However, other fans were baffled by the soundtrack as Never Enough from the Greatest Showman soundtrack was playing as the judges dished out their praise to end the show. Fans claimed it wasn't the first time a song from the hit musical was used on the show.

MIca said: "Give Greatest Showman a rest already and promote the plethora of recent successful ones."

Natasha posted: "I'm glad everyone hates Britain's Got Talent over use of the greatest showman as much as me. The music use in this show, being the same 4 songs every 5 min is probably my most hated thing about it."

Luke commented: "Is anyone keeping a Greatest Showman tally on #bgt? They may as well just play the film instead of the episodes at this point"

Dave added: What is #bgt #britainsgottalent’s obsession with the greatest showman?"

Zoe posted: "Change the name to Britains Got The Greatest Showman"

Matthew added: "And there we have it. The Greatest Showman strikes again"
