Coronation Street viewers are convinced they have rumbled who attacked Nathan Curtis.
Wednesday's episode continued to explore the mystery surrounding Lauren Bolton's disappearance. Bethany Platt has become embroiled in the storyline after her abuser, Nathan Curtis, returned to Weatherfield.
Bethany was concerned Nathan may have returned to his villainous ways and had something to do with Lauren's vanishing. However, things took a turn in tonight's episode when Nathan urged Bethany to leave him alone so he could get on with his life.

Bethany's friends and family were concerned Nathan's reappearance was having a negative impact on her wellbeing. Daniel Osbourne, David Platt and Sarah Platt all resolved that Nathan needed to go away otherwise Bethany's mental health could soon spiral.
Nathan was attacked later on in the episode and DS Swain launched an investigation. Daniel and David were key suspects, but fans following the show on social media platform X suggested it was Ryan Prescott as they spotted he was wearing a similar top to the attacker.
Darryl said: "My guess is Ryan hit Nathan The hoodie is too obvious"
Another added: "The only ones with the hoodie like the Nathan attacker are: Gary & (wild card) Ryan"
Melanie posted: "No way that was David attacking Nathan."
