ITV Coronation Street's Samia Longchambon flooded with supportive messages after on-set injury

Samia Longchambon has been told she gets "better with age" after ITV Coronation Street fans gushed over a new shoot. Samia posed in a new photoshoot for ITV as the soap had its female stars line up for a glitzy and glamorous series of snaps.

Taking to Instagram, Samia explained: "Loved this shoot Celebrating the Women of Weatherfield. *Bit of #bts.. I actually sprained my ankle just before hence why I’m sat down in the pics. There’s lots more wonderful women that play an important role in making @coronationstreet what it is, so here’s to everyone of you, both cast and crew.

"Proud to be a very small part of this (very big) show." A fan replied: "She gets better looking as she gets older!" Sally Carman, Jane Hazlegrove, Tina O'Brien, Alison King, Jane Danson and Channique Sterling-Brown were also included in the ITV shoot.

Sally said to her fans and followers: "This shoot took place on the morning of my birthday. Kicking off my 49th year in the company of these beautiful, talented, hilarious women was pretty much perfection. Absolutely love my job. Thank you @daniellebaguley for being a superstar, @gillywalshy for the glow up and @leahrileyhair for my gorgeous locks!"

Samia wrote back: "Total beauty inside and out." Sally Dynevor added: "Beautiful," while real-life co-star husband Joe Duttine replied: "Gorgeous." Tanisha Gorey shared: "So unbelievably gorgeous!!!!" Claire Sweeney said: "Beautiful shots."

And DS Swain star Vicky Myers also added: "Wow!! Breathtakingly beautiful." Another said: "Beautiful Samia." A fellow fan wrote: "Stunning." And another commented: "Love your dress!!! You’re glowing." Another chimed in to say and replied: "Samia you look absolutely beautiful, as always."

And another added: "Absolutely beautiful. You're hiding any pain well." Coronation Street continues to air each and every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8pm on ITV.
